19 A Proverb from Africa

Strength is nothing without courage.
— West African Proverb

Reflection

I am strong, and my strength is grounded in right action. My strength is bolstered by the might of my heart to do what needs to be done. I speak all of my mind by telling all of my heart, and I am strong in this. In my mind, in my body, in my soul, I am one with courage and one with strength- I can lift and push and pull. I can move mountains - and as this powerfully strong being, I do not shrink from doing - or not doing if that is my path - my heart is full - and in fullness and depth of loving - I rest or act - With thanksgiving for my strength and my courage and the union of the two ~ I am.
