Celery juice is one of the most profound ways, if not the most profound way, to restore digestive health. It is that powerful.

Reflection:

One of the ways that I enjoy hydrating my body is through a tall jar of freshly pressed juice. Because of the health benefits and all of the vitamins and minerals in greens, I prefer green juices the best. I use an Omega J8006 Nutrition Center Juicer . I purchased it in 2015. This is a cold-press juicer. Without the use of excess friction, this type presses the produce, extracting most of the nutrients. The lack of heat generated in this slow juicing process is key in the retention of vitamins and minerals in the the fruits and vegetables as well as the enzymes which would otherwise be destroyed. The juice pressed in this way is more nutritious and has a longer shelf-life. I like to drink my juice right away - that’s the best option for optimal benefits - but if I am on-the-go and need to carry it with me, I make sure to fill the jar to the brim (leaving no room for air), and I seal it tightly. It will last for up to three days like this if kept cold. Below, I have provided one of the green juice recipes that I drink often. If you make it, post a picture on instagram and tag The Mustard Seed News so that I will be sure to see it. I always enjoy seeing your creations.
