I appreciate. I appreciate my life. I am so thankful for each day. I am thankful for all of my days that have led up to this moment, and I am thankful for this moment. I am thankful for my breath and for my ability to smile. I appreciate the opportunities that this day holds for me. I appreciate you.

I appreciate, and my heart soars and my face feels warm. I appraise and more and more I find more and more to appreciate. I appreciate, and my song is of fullness. I appreciate, and I am content.
