Be Sweet

Many of the wildflowers of the region of this world that I call my home, which is Planet Earth, South eastern United States of America, the piedmont of South Carolina, are small and delicate. They blend in with the grasses and vines, and are often overlooked. But, they are there and are everywhere! I live in a flower forest! I love them all! One of my flavorist is the slender-leafed false foxglove. I did not know them name of this one and even with research was unable to identify. A friend of my husbands from Russia was able to identify it - and I’m so happy to know its name! Oberving it this year, I see that it is a favorite of the bees! Finding a patch, you are sure to find the bees too. “Bee sweet,” this delicate bloomer seems to say- “I will - I will.” Thank you David for the picture!

Blessings
