Make it conscious.

Reflection

There is an art to doing. I value the process as well as the product. I am aware of my steps. I make it conscious. Every time is my time. I listen. I pay attention. I am aware of my body. All of the sensations, I tune in. I breathe in and out. I feel. When I talk about the art of doing, I am not taking about getting things done—- I am talking about enjoying the process of the doing - the how of it all. I am aware of how I accomplish: how I walk, how I speak, how I brush my teeth. There is an art to doing - I am aware. I make it conscious.

In typing this now, I am fully present. I type the words, and I enjoy how they appear on the page. I imbibe them with my hope - I hope someone will read them and be touched. I imbibe them with my love and good wishes. I enjoy the sound of the keys as I type and the feel of the keys to my light touch. I am thankful for my computer, for my language. I am thankful for the time and space I have to write and for this blog site where I can post. I am thankful for this book, The Power of Now that inspires me, and I am thankful for my voice, and that I have something to say. I simply consider what it is that I am doing. I am aware of how I am doing it. The details add richness to my life. In every moment, I am gifted with the art of doing - of being - of living my life, and I do ever so mindfully - live the life I love.

Centering Thought

I am aware of the how - I make it conscious.
