Proverbs 2: When Wisdom Guides

A beautiful new day - the sun rises slowly to my eyes, and I too begin - with ease. Each day - a journey - For me - each day - I renew my spirit to keep my life fresh. I start with a focus -today from Proverbs, I am prompted to simply accept wisdom and to call out and even seek insight - to go after it as if I were searching for great treasures like silver or gold. I am assured that as I seek in this way, I will find. I am also promised that as I live in wisdom, I am“guarded” and “protected” (v.8) I love at the end of this passage - the promise to live in the land - If I live in wisdom - accept her as one in my heart, I will be guided and find home in the Earth. (v.21).

I begin also with a word of intention: trust. Today, I trust myself with my life. I trust that as I am open to discovery, I will discover. I trust the journey before me. I trust the Earth, my home, to grow and to heal and to provide. I trust Divine love - that I am guarded and protected, and I trust the perfect and beautiful unfolding of my life.

Wisdom guides; the path of life is open.
