Stillness: Study 8

Moving into a peaceful state today - I leave behind all words and thoughts. My peace expands. My peace is deeper than word and thought: it transcends knowledge and understanding. I rest in this peace. It comforts me. This peace is active. It protects my mind and my heart.

My peace surpasses all understanding.

I inhale and exhale and I find my peace. I am grounded in this peace. I am safe.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
