Stillness: Study 7

December. We are full into this month of hustle and bustle. Even Santa has a long check list! Consumed with getting and gifting. Consumed with consuming. I look to nature - to the deciduous tress. They remind me of the exhale— of the importance of release. They whisper, “Let go. Let go.”

I let go of all, and I find my peace.

I breathe in and take note of how I am feeling. I breath out, releasing. I inhale into the the tension. I exhale, and let it all - go.

Making a Connection Through Art Journaling

I am posting this short video showing you how I cultivate stillness through art and nature. Enjoy!

— Sri Chinmoy
Freedom from desire leads to inner peace.
