Reflection:

I love to ride my bicycle. I ride, and I welcome all of the biking benefits! Easier on my joints than walking, I glide across miles. Pushing the pedals, my heart beats bolder and stronger, my brain clears, and my blood vessels sing! With all of this incoming air and blood-pumping flow, my happy vibes are released, and I feel good. I laugh, and I feel young again. With each push downward, my gluts and my quads are engaged and move happily. My calves stretch, and release, and build. And on the upstroke of the pedaling, my hamstrings and flexors celebrate! I cycle and in fact, my whole body responds. My abs, and arms, and shoulders hold, and balance, and steer. My endurance increases. Even my bones benefit. Cycling suits me—on any occasion. I can ride my bike alone when I need to get away, or in the company of friends and family when I feel the need to socialize. Biking gets me out and about, and allows me to delight in the fresh air and sunshine, and all of the beautiful sights I choose to pass. I love my bicycle!

Centering Thought:

I cycle; I am happy.
