1 The Importance of Gratitude
As for gratitude, I have so much gratitude. It lifts me; I smile.

Gratitude
It has been said that gratitude is the fastest way to raise your vibration. It is true, appreciation for what is tangible and what is intangible builds up positivity. Being thankful, I acknowledge the good in my life. Grounded in gratitude, I connect with others, with nature, with God. Positivity and making connections in this way improves health - increases vitality. Acknowledging the benevolent nature of the universe sparks joy - generating an unconquerable happiness. Derived from the Latin gratia, meaning grace, graciousness, or gratefulness, the term gratitude, likewise, at once incorporates these meanings: grace to accept all - everything - with a thankful heart, gratefully. And as I have been grateful, I learn that it also has a magical, magnificent affect on my life - the more I am grateful, the more I have to be grateful about - gratefulness invites abundance - And so - as I begin this thirty-day journey of this November - even as the days around me are getting shorter and shorter - the light waining - I begin it with gratitude- gratitude for this year - gratitude for my life - my body, mind, and soul - gratitude for this Earth - for God - for others - for you - Thank you for reading this for joining me in this journey - Please leave a comment below about what you are grateful for on this day - This month - let’s spark great joy - together ~ being thankful - for gratitude ~
