Reflection

I am not alone. I communicate and my communication is true. I commune. I feel my oneness within. I live my oneness without. I breathe. I am aware. I am compassion. I have a bond with all. We are tied together in this world. Nothing I think, say, or do is in a vacuum. We are important — all of us-together.

Centering Thought

We are together—all; we are one.
