Reflection

Life offerings— the struggle is Real - or is it?  In surrender, there is no struggle. Whatever is—is. Accept it, and carry on.

I yield to the flow of life, opposing nothing. I experience life in the now, accepting each moment by moment. Unconditionally, I accept. Without reservation, I accept. I get into the flow state of mind, and I go with the flow.

I let go of expectations. I let go of what should be. I take each moment as a teaching - for good or for ill. I let go of resistance and release.

I practice this to perfection. Becoming aware and aware, I cultivate this acceptance. In this way, I eliminate frustration and pain. Sorrow ceases. Anxiety flees. I find that acceptance is freeing, kin to forgiving. There is peace in surrender. In surrender to the now, I connect with my heart, to my deepest self, my core, my source, my Being.. To clear my resisting mind - I breathe—and I trust. I go with the flow. It is the flow and the trust that is real - not the struggle.

Centering Thought

I surrender to the flow of love; I trust in the unfolding of my life.
