Thought 9 - I Accept What Is Before I Act

Accept — then act.

Reflection

When Change is Needed - Just because it is - Doesn’t make it right

Accept -- then act (35).

While each moment is precious and valuable to our well being, there are situations that need changing. Accepting what is, is not condoning. Accepting grounds us. It goes in tandem with the maxim, Know thy enemy. In this way - ironically- our “enemy” becomes our ally. Of all the situations we face, some need to be overcome. Some need to be released.

I accept—then act. Whatever is in the now, I accept it; it is mine. I have chosen it. I work with it. I go with the flow. I transform. My life is changed-and my life changes. I am an alchemist. Poverty is transformed into wealth. Disease is transformed into health. All suffering ceases as all that doesn’t serve releases, and I adjust.

Centering Thought

I understand and appreciate this moment; I move when I need to move.
