6: Move - CHARMED through Art Journaling and Walking
Reflection:
I love to walk. With each step, new benefits are added to my life. The more I walk, these benefits increase. I walk, and I grow grounded and calm. I walk and my mind clears and becomes more alert. Walking adds a unique time dimension to my day, and because it is so beneficial to my overall health, years to my life. Walking strengthens my eyes. On days that I walk, my sleep also improves, and I rest easy. I walk and am able to handle the challenges of the day with ease. Walking makes me happy.

I am thankful that when I walk, I am able to clear my mind. I am so thankful the small parks around my house where I walk, and all the parks and places everywhere where people can enjoy walking.
