Recipe: The Tonic Smoothie Delight
The food we choose to eat is so very important to our well-being and also the well-being of the world. In 2015, I had a realization about food which involved a complete paradigm shift. Since then, I have been eating a low-fat-plant-based diet, and I have thrived.
The recipe I am giving to you today is an awesome, healthy blend. Full of vitamins, and minerals, and antioxidants, and a lot of other beneficials, it is also filling and tasty! Drink up and enjoy!
